ONLINE SHIPPING POLICY:

 

Complimentary Shipping on all orders over $200.

Complimentary Santa Barbara Area Local* Delivery on all orders over $200.

​*Local delivery area ranges within the Santa Barbara area ONLY from Santa Ynez to Carpinteria. We apologize, but we are unable to make any exceptions to our delivery area or policy.

Expedited shipping is available on request within reason. Please contact us at online@wendyfoster.com before placing your order for all special requests regarding shipping. While we certainly strive to meet the needs of our valued customers, we may not be able to accommodate all special requests.

Select items have shipping restrictions due to size & value. We reserve the right to determine safe and efficient shipping means. Jewelry, hats, and one-of-a-kind pieces may incur separate shipping charges.

​PICK UP POLICY:

 

Online orders can be made available for pickup at Wendy Foster State Street, downtown Santa Barbara for no additional fee. Pick-up orders are available M - F 11am - 6pm. Please allow at least 48 hours and contact us at online@wendyfoster.com to arrange pick up. Orders will only be available to pick up at the designated pick up location and are not transferrable. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding your pick-up order. Please note, we cannot guarantee pick up at all Wendy Foster locations due to inventory location and allocation. 

WENDY FOSTER RETURN POLICY:

 

We are happy to offer returns and exchanges on all online purchases. If you decide that what you have ordered is not right for any reason, please contact us at online@wendyfoster.com to inquire. All returns must arrive unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact. We require return packages to be post-marked within 10 days of receipt. Customers are responsible for all shipping fees incurred with returns and exchanges. Please contact us at online@wendyfoster.com if you wish to process an exchange by mail. 

 

If these requirements are met, you will receive a full refund minus the original shipping charge 2-3 days following our receipt of the returned product. Please include all of your contact information inside your return package.
