All returns must arrive unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and with tags intact. We require returned packages to be post-marked within 10 days of receipt. Customers are responsible for all shipping fees incurred with returns and exchanges. Please contact us at online@wendyfoster.com if you wish to process an exchange by mail.
We can also offer in-store returns within 10 days of receipt and exchanges or store credit for unworn/unwashed items with tags within 30 days.
If these requirements are met, you will receive a full refund minus the original shipping charge. Please include all of your contact information inside your return package.
