These textiles were passed down from generation and are highly prized in India where they are made. Spring and Summer Dresses at Wendy Foster Angel, Montecito

If you are looking for cute Spring-Summer dresses and tops, the search is over. Angel has just received our latest delivery from Wish and we could not be more excited! All our new dresses and tops retail for under $200.00 – we can all appreciate a good steal these days! Click images to enlarge.

The first picture features the Prowl Tunic in Gold for $134.00 and the Tesoro Strapless Dress $164.00. Both of these pieces work for a casual day outing or can be spiced up with heels for an evening out.

For a little more color, the Time Bandeau in Magenta for $164.00 is cute paired with gladiator sandals and a cardigan for when it gets chilly. The Violet Top, $114.00, is a perfect going out top, the silver stud details look great matched with JBrand grey ‘jeggings.’

Ian is the latest stunning collection designed by well known designer, Rozae Nichols. In fact, this is the launch season for this contemporary line that was inspired by conceptual and minimalist art. Click image to enlarge.

Rozae and her partner, Stella Ishii, embrace clean and more “streamlined” clothing in this fantastic collection which is manufactured in Los Angeles. Their goal was to make each item “the perfect” piece with elegant twists and tweaks to the familiar. Such as the jackets, dresses, and tanks which are backed by chiffons, while done in a smooth palette of blacks, whites, and greys.

Shourouk Rhaiem’s absolutely SPECTACULAR indian jewelry just arrived at the Dress Shop. Her handmade pieces are a union of Swarovski crystals and silver sequins finessed with refined embroidery. Each glamorous one is extraordinary and beyond our imagination.

The inventive designer is inspired by the oriental embroideries of the Nabeul region of Tunisia where she grew up. “My jewels represent the emerging of my childhood universe – made of the traditional costumes my Tunisian grand-mother used to wear, with the silver sequins and sumptuous embroideries,” explains Shourouk. Elm is designed in Iceland, produced in Peru, and its glorious fabrics are sourced throughout the world. We especially love this designer for its signature taffetas and microfibers. Elm captures such a romantic and playful look so perfectly. Click images to enlarge.

We are drawn to New York based Jewelry designer, Wendy Mink, for her traditional Eastern aesthetic combined with classic European design. Mink works with a team of highly skilled Tibetan women who handcraft each piece of jewelry in the Tribeca based studio. Click images to enlarge.

Each piece is inspired from her extensive travel throughout South East Asia. Her signature earrings are ethnic and fabulous, and she also works with such beautiful stones as watermelon tourmaline and aquamarine quartz. The rings are a stunner!
